We are building a home where older people are treated with dignity, and where the people who care for them are trained, supported and proud of the work they do.
NOW HIRINGCaregivers, Registered Nurses & Social WorkersFull-time and experienced hands welcome.
Caregiver
The hands and heart of daily life at CORA. You'll be the familiar face residents see every morning: patient, respectful and attentive to each person's pace.
Hands-on personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility support
Helping with meals, daily routines and the small things that make a day feel normal
Companionship through conversation, activities and simply being present
Noticing and reporting changes, however small, to our nursing team
Registered Nurse
Clinical leadership on the floor. You'll carry the nursing standard CORA was built on, the same standard you'd expect anywhere, and deliver it here in Ibadan.
Medication management and supervision, with careful record-keeping
Monitoring health, coordinating doctor visits and escalating changes early
Preventive care and ongoing health checks for every resident
Guiding and supporting our caregivers day to day
Social Worker
You'll help residents and families make sense of their options and find the support they need. By listening carefully and working with the wider community, you'll help each person stay connected and live with dignity.
Collecting information relevant to residents' needs and assessing their relevant skills, strengths and deficits
Helping older persons and persons with disabilities to obtain services and to improve their ability to function in society
Assisting residents and families to identify options and develop plans of action, while providing necessary support and assistance
Assisting residents to identify and access community resources including legal, medical and financial assistance, housing, transportation, assistance with moves, day care and other referral services
Participating in the selection and admission of residents to appropriate programmes
Assisting in evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and programmes by monitoring and reporting on residents' progress
Maintaining contact with other social service agencies and health care providers involved with residents, to share information and obtain feedback on each resident's overall situation and progress
